Today was the X Country run. I really couldn't care less aboutsum ppl frm other class making loads of stupid sarcarsm comments bout me. Anyway, we kena go to the starting pt.. but before I left, I got a couple of handshakes wif Shazana, Fazilah, Mabel, Lily , SHuyi, Reagan, Jeremy, and Jackie. MacRitchie was beautiful. I was on ice mode again. But when the horn sounded(made me go temporarily deaf:P)we ran, and we got a splendid view of the reservoir. So pretty wah! I kept running to overtake ppl. Couldn't care about getting to top 40. Juz ran like hell. Jungle seemed endless. Reminds me of the horror movie THE VILLAGE... tropical Polynesian version(cheem lyk hellman). However, the mud, wah, @#$@!@##$%# man, so slippery. I couldn't hold much longer, I had breathing probs(I dun have any stamina) and began hallucinating. I saw this drainage puddle on the side of the path frm the reservoir. I kept muttering 'River basin, drainage basin..."" and began having nightmares of failing my Geo. Until I hrd the NCC ppl yell " Girls to LEFT!!!" and finally we were out of the jungle. We got onto Lornie Rd. Wahpiang eh.
And then, HELL, MAN! Stupid damn photography club kept running alongside. I ranwith Wendy, Shazana, Tiki for a while, but then Wendy, Shazana and Tiki overtook me(hai)and I slack lor. I walk lah. Can't breathe properly. Saw Sanchit running as REAR RUNNER wif large red flag. Wah! Road so long man. Bue tahan.
But I made it, in one pc. And when I crossed the FINISH point, it was like...' AM I DREAMING?!?!?!?!?". Huilin offered me MILO, thank god, however, I felt like throwing up, so I bent over for a while. I didn't throw up after awhile, so Huilin gave me the MILO and we talked. And guess WHAT? Huilin was CHAMPION. She kena brk records, sia. Wah, I tell you, that girl will be running in the Olympics one day.
After awhile, we went to watch the guys run. Only Jackie and Junbing bothered to chiong. Junbing slack abit lah, but dun care.
Brendon slacked. Shocked all of us. We kena won CHAMPION CLASS, coz of galz. Mabel's parents came, snapped pics, all hugs XXXXXX all round, hahahahahalolz.
